I am so truly grateful to have been able to have this operation with Mr Awad. It has given me my life back in every aspect and didn’t know life could be this joyful after the restriction of life long obesity. Mr Awad is so patient and kind yet knowledgable and top tier professional. This made a massive decision all the smoother and I’m so glad I made the jump. I would 100% recommend Dr Awad, he made the whole experience so easy. Always there to answer any questions and queries. The whole team are amazing and cannot fault the before and aftercare I have received. I was very nervous but the whole team eased my nerves and made me feel so comfortable. The hospital I had my surgery in was amazing, the nurses were so attentive. I have nearly lost 5 stone now thanks to this amazing surgery. It’s honestly life changing.

I am so happy I chose Mr Awad and his amazing team of people. They managed to calm my nerves and I can say it was the best decision I have made. After years of deliberating whether WLS was for me I took the plunge. i spoke with multiple Drs and organisations that offer the Sleeve. Dr Awad got the job over the other as he listened and didnt judge, but more so he showed great care even making a decision to slightly delay my surgery to ensure I was fit and healthy enough and to give me the optimal chance of recovery and believe me on reflection his decision was made selflessly and in my best interest . On the day of surgery Dr Awad was motivating and I felt like I had a relative with me cheering me up it is so nice to be able to talk to a Dr openly about the struggles with weight but to then have the support alongside the surgery …. He has tripy saved my life. 3 Months gone and 5 stone down, finally living in this world and not just existing. If you have the opportunity go for it with this lovely, kind, professional yet personal Dr who shows great care in his work. Thank you Dr Awad x

I am now 4 days post surgery following a laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy and I couldn’t recommend Mr Awad enough. Following some initial concerns he made time within his schedule to call my back and reassure my of my worries, all his pre-op assessments were thorough and he is surrounded by a fantastic team. My recovery has been outstanding which i believe is testament to how well the procedure went. At 4 days post op I have no complications, suffering no issues and really impressed with how everything is going. I was visibly anxious prior to the surgery and Mr Awad and his team were tremendously understanding and supportive and I can not thank them enough! Should you be considering weight loss surgery, I would high recommended Mr Awad and the tonic team!
